Have seen alot of X-Men 97 reactions and watching Kayla cook was just as enjoyable as watching the show. Not 100 with you on everything but love your takes on this season and deep knowledge of the comics. Finally YES Magneto was right. That line from Wolverine that "Magneto just declared war" was insane especially when Wolverine was just cool with Rogue dropping Trask off the building. We all saw Magneto was trying and he is really the only outsider that knows exactly how many people (Val, Doom, Zemo, etc) were backing Bastion. Was literarily almost the entire world against mutantkind. Hoping season 2 changes that narrative a bit.

I enjoyed the show, but I do feel it's over hyped. There's a lot of flaws that are blatantly overlooked by the fandom. Spoilers... 1. Magneto killed more people than the Holocaust and is not brought to justice (Mutants and pro-mutant humans included). 2. Phoenix shows up out of nowhere with no explanation. 3. Magneto's helmut and Morph were both reconnected heavily. 4. Rogue acting like she was the victim not being able to touch Gambit was silly when that goes both ways (Gambit can't touch her but loves her anyways). 5. Prime Sentinels? So do those people die if Wolverine and Nightcrawler sliced off their limbs once they become regular humans again? 6. As a new viewer this show has to be incredibly confusing. A revival should honor the original story while making it watchable for new viewers. Which is it Beau? A continuation or a new show? All that being said I praised a great number of things about the show. 1. Less but more meaningful Wolverine. He's not the focus, but when he's on screen he's used well. 2. Cyclops is finally done justice. 3. Gambit...enough said right. 4. Not much filler, something important happens in every episode. 5. Morph cameos are fun. 6. Bastion is a fantastic villain. 7. Old/New Uniforms and changes to the team roster. 8.Characters die!!! There are some stakes to this series. All is of course my opinion.

on the official website they added a few changes to the games: Juggernaut and Magneto are now playable in COTA -- Dr Doom, Thanos, and Anita are now playable in MSH -- Cyber Akuma now playable in MSH vs SF -- you have the ability to turn off the flashing as well in the games

usually when they do a collection there's always a new game coming look a devil may cry ppl been asking for a 5th for years ,dmc collection came out and a re release of dmc 4 then the 5th was announced. and capcom is doing so well right now . and with xmen being with Disney now and not owned by Sony there should be no problems. and the hype behind xmen 97 it makes great business. and please listen to the fans ,the fans buy the product remember the customer always right ppl will buy it

I'm thinking the changes to the dungeon are due to so many people wishing for Laios to succeed in his quest. Not only his team, but the old residents and the orcs too, they are all up to some degree rooting for Laios, so the Dungeon is probably changing because of that.

As a manga reader I can't think of a good cut off point for the season. The only ones are very early (Mad Mage reveal, Falin's Chimera appearing), the moment our gang stepped into Changeling circle, so S2 would begin with the changeling arc, or very late and the season 2 would have very little episodes.

Gotta go with my bias 4minute.

This was such a fun and insightful journey! I can't wait for you to see the second season. Heads up: If you're planning on reading the manga, then read up until the end of Chapter 52.

I disagree. I think they rnded at the perfect spot. Ending at Senshi's backstory would have meant the Changelings would be the stsrt of season 2 which would be funny but not super exciting. And considering what comrs next in the manga, I feel this is a perfect cliffhanger. Plus it circles back to episode 1, the party started by going to rescue Fallin and now as they edge closer to that goal they plan out a way to potentially save. Love the animation this episode and Laios talking about him and Fallin. Plus Izutsumi comforting Marcille. Always fun hearing your discussion and thoughts on everything!

You have the intro at the perfect volume, even with part of the episode and then the entire rest of the reaction the volume is way too low. I don’t get it.

So, it's not confirmed by the mangaka if Laios is autistic, but it's so crazy how everything that people are complaining about Laios is EXACTLY the kinda shit they say about autistic people. So, as someone with the 'tism, its actually very important to me to see how people talk about these kinds of characters that display autistic traits! I think Laios is the most accurate depiction of autisim from a character that's not confirmed to have it, that ive ever come across. (and even among the purposful autistic characters, he is definitly one of the best representations)
